WHERE ARE WE?
B.App.Sc.(Pod) M. A. Pod. A
Maria is the head Podiatrist at Oakleigh Foot Clinic. She completed her Podiatry Degree at LaTrobe University in 1991. After graduation, Maria spent a number of years working in Community Health; and in 1994, founded Mount Waverley and Balwyn Foot Clinics.
Maria established the Oakleigh Foot Clinic in 2000, and now devotes herself to this practice on a fulltime basis.
Maria has a special interest in diabetes, sports podiatry, human movement and orthotics. She has recently undertaken a Dry Needling course, which offers greater scope in the treatment of painful soft tissue conditions and injuries.
Maria is currently training in the use of medical lasers. She is so excited to offer this technology to her patients and again broaden the scope of her practice by offering patients a variety of treatment options.
Maria has a keen interest in personal fitness and nutrition, and performs yoga and pilates on a weekly basis.

Stephanie graduated from Latrobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters of Podiatric Practice in 2014.
Stephanie's key areas of focus are the High risk foot including chronic wound care, Diabetes and Sports Medicine. Stephanie completed here main Podiatry placements at The Alfred Hospital and The Northern Hospital.
Outside of the world of Podiatry, she enjoys running, water sports, reading and dancing. Stephanie is a professionally trained dancer, having danced for fourteen years in ballet and contempory dance.
Stephanie is available for appointments Thursday and Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
The Oakleigh Foot Clinic is located at 78 Atherton Road in the heart of cosmopolitan Oakleigh, just minutes from Chadstone Shopping Centre. Our welcoming and friendly staff offer a comprehensive, professional service to make you feel comfortable. Appointments are available Monday to Saturday, with late evenings also available. We recognise your time is valuable, so we pride ourselves on always seeing patients on time.
We are part of a multi-disciplinary clinic and work closely with Christine Rankin Physiotherapist at Oakleigh Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre. All our instruments are cleaned and sterilised in a Siltex Baby-S Autoclave, meeting the highest Australian infection control standards. Our receptionists are happy to assist with any enquiries about the Clinic’s treatments, Podiatrists and available appointments.
All our Podiatrists are AHPRA registered to practice in the state of Victoria and are members of the Australian Podiatry Association. Our Podiatrists are experienced in all aspects of podiatry, and continually update their professional skills through continuing education and conferences. With their expertise they will help you find a solution to your foot problem.
